These are times of deep healing on our planet and we are thrilled that this medicine has called you into its teachings and its healing path.
This is a ceremonial journey where we will share our learnings from our experiences, together with the deeper teachings of Fungi and Cacao.
🌱 WHY THIS JOURNEY — AND WHY NOW
Micro-dosing is a powerful way to shift our chemistry while remaining functional. Its ability to disrupt programming patterns allows us to gain insight into our subconscious workings.
It enhances creativity and elevates consciousness, supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, low self-worth, or repeating self-sabotaging patterns. It brings us back to a more harmonious and elevated state of being.
🌿 THE MAGIC OF GROUP CEREMONY
We believe when guided in a group, the medicine has a magical quality.
We have designed this programme over the last four years and with the Sacred Fungi themselves. Working with the fungi calls you to find your own nature, to be in nature, and to connect with nature.
Because of this, we have created a structure based on the four elements and will use each week’s Zoom call as a ceremony to dive into that element and how it relates to your life.
We will guide you in how to prepare and take your Plant Medicines, with space for questions, reflections, and sharings.

Though we can never know what to truly expect on a journey of this depth, we hold a container with the intention to create an experience that will serve you in whatever aspects of your life are coming up to be healed, understood, or loved.
Everything starts with preparation. Once we’ve received your payment, your Ceremonial Medicine Box will arrive in the post.
Each week we gather via Zoom to drink cacao together and dive into the teachings of each element.
Through the workbook and additional resources, you’ll explore weekly teachings, reflections, and exercises to deepen your transformation.

Elemental Immersion is guided by the Alchemical Wheel, mirroring the Celtic Wheel of the Year.
This cyclical path invites us into a living relationship with the elements as sacred teachers, moving through seasons of stillness, awakening, transformation, release, and integration.
🌍 EARTH
THE FOUNDATION
We begin in the depths of Winter, with the element of Earth. Here, we root into stillness. Through meditation and embodied presence, we enter the body to gently heal and unwind patterns of urgency, anxiety, and chronic rushing.
🌬️ AIR
THE EXPANSION
From this grounded foundation, we move into Air. Working with breath and prayer, we open consciousness to a wider field of intelligence. Breath becomes our ally in lifting heaviness and restoring inspiration.
🔥 FIRE
THE TRANSFORMATION
Next, we enter Fire, the realm of transformation. Through the flames, we explore our relationship with power and its misuse, bringing awareness to where energy has been suppressed or distorted.
💧 WATER
THE SURRENDER
After Fire, we soften into Water. Here, surrender becomes medicine. Grief is welcomed as an ally, teaching us how to dissolve emotional holding and return full circle to the present moment.
🌌 ETHER
THE INTEGRATION
Finally, we arrive in Ether — completion and embodiment. Ether weaves together all that has been experienced, allowing the journey to settle into the nervous system and emerge as embodied wisdom.

If deep processes arise, one-to-one sessions with Danu are available at an additional cost, or you may wish to connect with other practitioners.
We strongly encourage integration work after the course and will share tools to empower you to continue this on your own.
